We can help you with that, you are going to need a good quality gender exclusive knee replacement bike rack but you should be aware that all bike racks are not equal and depending on your vehicle some of the can be a downright pain in the butt. We will touch on the pros and cons of the major types of bike racks and show you where you can find more information.
Bicycle Racks can basically be broken up by their basic design.
Hitch Mount Bike Racks - These types of bicycle racks mount into the hitch receiver on your car or truck and can hold anywhere from 2 bikes up to as many as 6 bikes that I have seen. The pros of this style of rack are that they are common, economical and easy to install. The downside is that they can make it difficult to get into the rear trunk or hatch area which can be a pain.
Roof Mount Bike Racks - These types of racks utilize your existing roof rack rails to mount the bike to the vehicle. There are a number of varieties out there that accomplish this task differently but they all have the same basic function. The upside is that this type of bicycle rack puts the bike up and out of the way of anything. The downside is that bikes can be very heavy and hard to lift up to the roof of the vehicle. You also need to watch for low hanging overhead objects.
Truck Mount Bike Racks - These types of racks can mount against the vehicles trunk and are contoured and designed so that they can fit just about any vehicle. They are held to the vehicle using ratcheting straps that hold the rack and the bikes quite securely. The upside of these types of racks is that they are very versatile and can fit a number of different vehicles. The downside is that they are easy to steal.
